CC Memberships is an application to manage the constituents of non-profit organizations.

How Do I Get CC Memberships?

We are currently developing a trial version so you can try out the features for 30 days before activating the product. The program costs $250 (there is no per-seat charge) and is available in 3 configurations as described in the next section. We charge to set up, convert, and load your current date. Typically, this takes about 10 hours, and we will give you an accurate estimate once we review your current setup. Please email us to get more information.

Configurations

We have 3 configurations with different features depending on your needs.

Single Version — Installed on one machine and used by one person. This is targeted for smaller organizations that want to run the application on a portable machine such as a laptop.

LAN Version — The database (Microsoft SQL Server – no license fee) is installed on your local server. The program is installed on each user’s computer. For remote access, you can use a product such as LogMeIn on the enabled computers. We would also set up automated database backups which you would manage.

Remote Version — The database is kept on a Microsoft SQL Server managed by CyanCedar. The program is installed on each user’s computer and can access the data from anywhere as long as you have a fairly fast broadband connection. The database is also backed up daily by CyanCedar. There is an additional charge of $40/month for hosting and managing the database.
